How do I find the equipment I need?

Use the search on the homepage or the catalog with filters. You can filter by category, brand, region, price, and year. The AI assistant in the bottom-right corner is also available.

How do I contact a seller?

On the listing page, click "Contact seller" to send a message via the built-in chat. You can also call the listed phone number.

How do I add equipment to favorites?

On the listing page, click the heart icon. All favorites are available in the "Favorites" section of your profile. Login required.

Is buying on AgroHub safe?

We verify sellers and moderate every listing. Use the built-in chat for correspondence and arrange to inspect the equipment before purchase. Never send a prepayment without an inspection.

For sellers

How do I post a listing?

Register on the site, then click "Create listing" in the header. Fill out the form: title, description, photos (up to 10), specifications, price, and location.

How much does posting cost?

Basic listings are free. Paid promotion services will be available later: catalog boost, VIP placement, color highlighting.

How do I get verified?

Go to your profile and upload a photo of your document or a selfie with the document. A moderator will review the data within 24 hours. Verified sellers receive a trust badge.

Why was my listing rejected?

Moderators review every listing. Common rejection reasons: blurry photos, description mismatch, suspicious price, duplicates. The reason is shown in the notification.

Registration and account

How do I sign up?

Click "Sign in" and enter your phone number. You'll receive an SMS with a 4-digit code. After entering the code, you'll proceed to the registration page where you'll provide your name and region.

I'm not receiving the SMS code

Make sure the number is in +7XXXXXXXXXX format. The code is valid for 5 minutes. If SMS doesn't arrive — try again in 15 minutes (limit: 5 requests per 15 minutes).

How do I edit my profile?

Go to the "Profile" section after signing in. There you can change your name, avatar, and region.

How do I report a listing?

On the listing page, click "Report" and select a reason: spam, fraud, wrong category, etc. Moderators will review the complaint.

What if I encounter a scammer?

File a report on the site immediately. Don't transfer money without inspecting the equipment. Save the correspondence. If necessary, contact the police.
